Directions to the Long Island Wineries & Vineyards
To Visit our North Fork Wineries: From NYC and points west:
Take the Long Island Expressway (LIE /I-495) east to exit #73. Follow Route 58/Route 25/Main Road east and follow the green "wine trail signs" guiding you to the wineries throughout the Town of Riverhead and the Town of Southold. Your final winery will be located in Greenport, on Front Street. Follow Front Street to the end and make a left on to Main Street. Follow Main Street north to County Road 48 and make a left. Again, follow the green "wine trail signs" heading west to visit all of the North Fork wineries located on the "Sound side" of the North Fork.
From New England:
Take the Port Jefferson ferry from Bridgeport, Connecticut and proceed to the Long Island Expressway east and follow the directions above
Take the Orient Point ferry from New London "Wine Trail" road signs will guide you through the Long Island Wine Region.
To Visit our South Fork Wineries: From NYC and points west:
Take the Long Island Expressway (LIE /I-495) east to exit #71. At the end of the off-ramp turn right onto Route 24 to Route 27. Follow Route 27 east into the Towns of Water Mill and Bridgehampton, following the winery signs.
From New England:
Take the Port Jefferson ferry from Bridgeport, Connecticut and proceed to the Long Island Expressway east and follow the directions above.
Take the Orient Point ferry from New London follow Route 48 to the intersection of Route 48 and Main Street in Greenport. Make a right onto Main Street and follow the signs to the Shelter Island Ferry. Use Route 114 to travel through Shelter Island to the South Ferry to Sag Harbor to the South Fork wineries.
